To be most effective, we believe that Personal Development, undertaken for whatever reason, should be addressed as methodically as any major project planning process would be.

 

There are many examples of organisations that have Personal Development linked with appraisal processes, and also many individuals, who for reasons as varied as personal/life growth, career planning, assisting with job search and so on, attempt Personal Development and fail to make it happen as successfully as they would prefer.

 

Our approach, incorporates in a practical, but robust process,

 the critical elements necessary to make a Personal

Development Plan a living and meaningful activity.

We acknowledge that in the end, the process alone will not

‘make it happen’, only the participant/s can do that.

 

However, in working participatively to gain buy-in, and with

 the inclusion of clear objectives, methods, and measurable

action plans and outcomes, the whole Personal Development Plan becomes a tangible, action oriented activity, much appreciated by many clients.
