There are many examples of organisations that have Personal Development linked with appraisal processes, and also many individuals, who for reasons as varied as personal/life growth, career planning, assisting with job search and so on, attempt Personal Development and fail to make it happen as successfully as they would prefer.
Our approach, incorporates in a practical, but robust process, the critical elements necessary to make a Personal Development Plan a living and meaningful activity. We acknowledge that in the end, the process alone will not ‘make it happen’, only the participant/s can do that.
However, in working participatively to gain buy-in, and with the inclusion of clear objectives, methods, and measurable action plans and outcomes, the whole Personal Development Plan becomes a tangible, action oriented activity, much appreciated by many clients. |
